Cancellation Policy

our appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. Because I reserve this time exclusively for you, a late cancellation often leaves an appointment time that I am unable to offer to another client. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time that has been set aside for your care.
